It happens almost all of the players located in Turkey.
I'm trying everything to Ubisoft Support aware this problem.
Its been a month yet no help, I wanna buy elite skins... :/

@UbisoftSupport My region is Turkey and the currency on steam was recently updated to dollars for Turkey. In Ubisoft, the currency appears as Turkish lira. And I do not use VPN.
