Hey @discord 2 days and no response while the attacker is making $800 purchases on my account? Can I please get someone to lock this account until this can be investigated? All I want is the account locked to stop the damage.

@discord @Micorksen Perhaps they should be freezing/locking down compromised accounts so those accounts can't compromise new accounts, thus growing the number of support requests. Maybe they wouldn't have such high volume then?

Hacker is making purchases off my account and propagating his hack through my account. I just want the account locked before he can do more damage.
Seems like that's an obvious first step.

Hey @discord I need some help with my account. It's been compromised. The attacker is using my account to purchase gift Nitro subs and to facilitate more attacks. I would like my account to be locked until the issue is resolved. I've created a support ticket with over half a 1/2
