it is an unwritten rule of life that after every prolonged period of hardship and uncertainty, there is going to be a period when you are going to achieve quantum leaps across multiple areas of your life. the only requirement is that you do not give up on yourself.
THERE IS AN ARABIC SAYING...
If you want to die, throw yourself into the sea, and you'll find yourself fighting to survive. You don't actually want to die; you want to kill something inside you.
When a MAN falls, don't celebrate.
Don't mock their struggles.
Sit. Pause. Learn.
Men learn through other men's experiences. Wins and losses are vital lessons.
Listen. Learn. Live.
The system was not built to make you GREAT.
The system was built to make you remain average.
The system is a game, and the game is rigged.
The people who become GREAT are not the most educated, talented or deserving, they are those who are aware of how the game is played.
My fellow Kenyans, look at these numbers. Then ask yourself who Parliament truly serves.
Primary school capitation (per child, per year):
• 2003: KSh 1,020
• 2007: KSh 1,020
• 2014: KSh 1,420
• 2021: KSh 1,420
• Today: KSh 1,420
Now compare that with MPs’ salaries (per month) excluding their allowances:
• 2003: ~KSh 350,000
• 2007: ~KSh 500,000
• 2014: ~KSh 621,000
• 2021: ~KSh 710,000
• Today: ~KSh 725,000+
MP salaries have more than doubled.
Student capitation has stagnated for over a decade.
Let that sink in.
KSh 1,420 per year equals KSh 118 per month, about KSh 3 per day to educate a child.
Three shillings a day.
Meanwhile, MPs keep raising their pay and allowances.
In 2007, an exercise book cost under KSh 20.
In 2026, you won’t find it at that price.
Books and learning materials have nearly tripled, but capitation has not moved.
Then government acts surprised when schools send children home for fees. And you see MPs make noise all over.
And they still call this free primary education.
Is it really free?
Parliament has failed Kenyan children.
They found money for stadiums and luxury, but not for classrooms.
This is why I say: 2027 must be a reset.
Leaders who cannot feel the pain of parents and students must go home.
A nation that underfunds its children has no future.
We must speak up. And we must act.
By next October 2026
You’ll be eating in your new house
Looking at your new car
And enjoying Financial Freedom
Today losses should fuel you.
