One of our proudest achievements in the #YouthIdentity project is training young people in Transmedia storytelling. It is an NQF level 5 accreditation which is a big deal for people who've been excluded/ unable to attend a university or tertiary institution. The training led to the creation of a YouTube podcast channel - Feite Oppie Tafel in Calitzdorp, where youth narrate their communities' stories & perspectives that were previously unheard or silenced.
