@aliciaandrz ...after my miscarriage and I physically couldn't keep up with my 2yo. Deeply regretted not announcing. 3rd, I announced right away. I would rather answer a million questions than have no support when I need it. It's a personal decision and shouldn't be presented as a rule.

@aliciaandrz I had 3 pregnancies. 1st I announced right away, started spoting the next day and had 3 weeks of intermittent don't know if baby is gonna stick. It was tedious keeping people updated. (Baby stuck and is a healthy preteen). 2nd I waited, miscarried, and had no support 1/2

@brownorama Depends what I already have out/anticipate needing again, whatever's efficient . Most likely I grab a 2 cup measuring cup with graduated markings and fill to 1 1/2 cups. Of the options given, Neutral is my 1st choice. Chaotic is entirely possible.

@OveDue @fuckyouiquit Legally none. By Federal Law, Companies over 50 employees have to give 6 unpaid weeks to mom IF she has worked for them for more than a year. Nothing for Dad. Some states have more inclusive laws, but not most and none require pay.

I had many complications, it was painful at times. It was inconvenient. There was very little sleep because I was the only one who could care for them at night.
