Dear Kolkata Police,
This is to inform you that my scooty got stolen 3 months back and I have been provided with no help at all.
Despite locating the scooty to fine a challan, there has been no update on where it is.

If the scooty has been located and the area is known and if they can figure out the picture the traffic police took for the challan then how can they not find it back.
It's been 3 months now!! I made the lost report on 27/11/2020.

Only when I finally paid off the EMI, it got stolen..
