I never trusted CJP for a moment, but whatever little doubt I had about Sonam Wangchuk was cleared today.

Even someone with a basic understanding of Indian politics can understand who Wangchuk was benefiting. Just look at the chronology: first, he is given a way out of the hunger strike by being “forcefully” taken to the hospital; then comes the demand that political leaders (read: the Opposition leaders) assure him they will raise the issue of education accountability in Parliament, something they would have done anyway; and now, the demand for Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation appears to have been dropped altogether.

I mean, you have got to be kidding me. It’s so obvious that you don’t need a microscope to see it.
