🇵🇰🇮🇳 A Pakistani social media user placed the Indian flag on the ground as part of a social experiment. Many Pakistanis chose to respect the flag instead of stepping on it, delivering a message of dignity, respect, and humanity.
Pakistan has reopened the historic Gurdwara Chhatti Patshahi in #Lahore after 77 years, marking the first Sikh religious prayers here since the 1947 Partition. The reopening followed the removal of alleged illegal occupants and the handover of the site to the Sikh community.
While Pakistan is beginning to reclaim parts of its shared Hindu, Sikh, Jain, Muslim and colonial heritage in Lahore under initiatives linked to Maryam Nawaz, India under leaders like Yogi Adityanath and sections of the BJP is erasing Mughal and Islamic historical identity. 🇮🇳

LEAKED AUDIO FROM META ALL-HANDS AHEAD OF LAYOFFS TOMORROW
Mark Zuckerberg, in his own words, told Meta employees their devices are being tracked to train AI models.
His reasoning? Meta employees are smarter than the contract workers the rest of the industry uses for data labeling. So instead of hiring outside help, Meta is turning its own workforce into training data.
"The average intelligence of the people who are at this company is significantly higher than the average set of people that you can get to do tasks if you're working through these contractors."
He wants the AI to learn how "really smart people use computers" by watching employees work. He says the content is "stripped out" and none of it is used for surveillance or performance tracking.
Then he admitted the rollout was botched but said Meta intentionally kept employees in the dark because leaking competitive AI strategy would help rivals.
"It is not strategically in your interest for us to communicate everything in all the detail that we normally would on this."
Translation: We're watching you, we told you as little as possible, and we did it on purpose.
AI is replacing the contractor. Then the employee trains the AI. Then the AI replaces the employee.
This story and this company keeps getting weirder.
PRESS SEC on U.S.-Iran negotiations: The Pakistanis have been incredible mediators and we really appreciate their friendship and efforts to bring this deal to a close.
The President feels it's important to continue to streamline this communication through the Pakistanis.
There is no match for the Pakistani sense of humor.
Even in the most heated environments, they know exactly how to break the tension with a joke that makes everyone laugh.
PEMRA has issued a show-cause notice to Geo News for airing content related to the legendary subcontinent singer Asha Bhosle.
It has always been customary to revisit and celebrate the work of iconic artists when reporting on them. In fact, for an artist of Asha Bhosle’s stature, we should have shared even more of her timeless and memorable songs than we did.
Yet, Pakistan’s electronic media regulator, Pemra, has chosen to restrict this.
Art, like knowledge, is a shared heritage of humanity and it should not be confined by borders. Asha Bhosle herself admired Pakistan’s legendary singer Noor Jahan, whom she fondly called her “elder sister.” She collaborated with Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and brought to life the poetry of great Urdu poets like Nasir Kazmi.
In times of war and conflict, art and artists should not become casualties. Intellectuals, musicians, and creators are often the very voices that stand against hatred and division, and the ones who bring people closer together.
What a country !! Took a loan from the IMF, then stopped a potential World War, also attacked Afghanistan, talked ceasefire with China, then became a Global Peacemaker, also stood with Iran, then condemned attack on KSA, then negotiated with Trump while the nation watched PSL.

Evolution of Pakistani womens fashion 👇The dresses from the Early Mughal Era, the Colonial Era, the 1950s, 1960s and 1970s ALL WERE 🔥🔥🔥 which ones are your favourite?
Pakistan Strategic Forum on the behalf of whole nation offers sincere deep condolences to the Indian Air Force & to the family of the pilot of the Indian Air Force HAL LCA Tejas that crashed today at the Dubai Air Show 2025.
Unfortunately the IAF pilot wasn't able to eject & hasn't survived the crash.
Our rivalry belongs to the skies ONLY, & as per the teachings of Quran & Sunnah we do not celebrate any unfortunate incident.
Over to the skies & beyond, RIP BRAVE HEART 🦅 🇮🇳
I fixed it for you:
“Rent is too high!”
Corporate landlords bought entire neighborhoods and jacked prices so high you need a co-signer just to breathe.
“Groceries cost too much!”
Billion-dollar food conglomerates are price-gouging you while bragging about record profits.
“There aren’t enough jobs!”
CEOs laid off Americans to pump stock prices and walked away with bonuses the size of small countries’ budgets.
“Women don’t feel safe walking down the street!”
Statistically the danger is coming from Americans they already know, not the imaginary immigrant you turned into a movie villain.
“Traffic is terrible!”
That is what happens when everyone drives a giant truck to buy a single iced coffee. Consumerism is wonderful, isn’t it?
“Healthcare is too expensive!”
A private insurance cartel did that. Your elected officials built that system brick by brick.
“Welfare spending is through the roof!”
Undocumented immigrants cannot collect welfare. If you believe they can, you should go pick up an Economics for Dummies book and read about it.
“I can’t afford a car!”
Automakers slapped luxury prices on basic models because they know you will blame anything except the corporations squeezing you.
“I can’t afford a house!”
Hedge funds bought entire zip codes with cash offers. Not one undocumented worker is outbidding families at those auctions.
Many problems.
A simple reality:
Immigrants are not wrecking your life.
Your government let billionaires strip this country for parts and then told you to blame the people with the least power. They know who’s actually bleeding you dry, but calling out corporate greed would upset their donors… so they hand you immigrants as the scapegoat and hope you’re too stupid to notice.
Punch up, not sideways.
Newly Elected New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s Tribute to Pakistan and Its People
“I was born and raised in Uganda, East Africa. My mother hails from the Indian state of Punjab. I’ve had the privilege of visiting Pakistan — Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad — and today, here in Albany, witnessing the energy, vibrancy, and spirit that reminds me of those cities fills me with immense joy.
For too long, Pakistan’s story has been told through the lens of others, a story that often failed to recognize the humanity and emotions of the Pakistani people. The time has come for Pakistanis to tell their own story.
I stand here today as one of the elected representatives, to listen to you, to learn from your experiences, and to understand what it truly means to be Pakistani and Pakistani-American in this moment of history.
In these challenging times, when the principles of human compassion are under attack and countless lives are being lost, we must reflect deeply on our role and our responsibilities.
I often begin my mornings by reading the words of Pakistan’s great poet, Faiz Ahmed Faiz — a reminder of what my true duty is in these times. Today, I want to share a few lines from his iconic poem “Bol” (Speak) with you all:
بول کہ لب آزاد ہیں تیرے
بول زباں اب تک تیری ہے
تیرا ستواں جسم ہے تیرا
بول کہ جاں اب تک تیری ہے
Let these words live in your heart, a reminder that even in power, we must never stop speaking truth.”
