@RailMinIndia sir I was travelling on 26 April satyagrah express harinagar to Anand vihar in 2nd tyre coach A1 seat no 6 side upper . In night someone stole my golden chain from my neck . People are roaming freely in 2 nd tyre . No security at all . I suspect coach attendant.
