@TataMotors_Cars 6 months. Countless follow-ups. Still no solution. Only excuses and tickets closed without fixing the issue. This is not customer support—it’s complete neglect. Buying a Tata car has been one of my biggest regrets. Do customers really have to beg for support, @TataMotorsCare?

For every problem, customers have to keep begging Tata Motors for support, and to make matters worse, customer care closes tickets without the customer’s consent. This is completely unacceptable.
@TataMotors_Cars 6 months, no resolution. Shared the error video and screenshots again, but @TataMotorsCare closed the ticket without my confirmation, saying they couldn’t open the link. Extremely disappointed with this support.
@TataMotors_Cars No response and no solution. Instead, they keep sending emails asking me to share the same evidence that I have already submitted more than 10 times. Tata Motors keeps frustrating its customers, and I am one of those who has been suffering for a long time.
