@kunalb11 I am a very genuine customer and have been using cred for bill payment,gold investments , Ordering items , i am in the verge of uninstalling the app and will recommend my friends to do the same.Its a very minor issue and the customer service says return is not tracked

Its been almost a month i am following up with customer care everyday for a refund. They are sending everyday someone to my doorstep inspite of me giving proof of collection already . How many times can i return a already returned product ?????
