@KurlonLimited Sorry but it's creating more confusion. Customer care on call informed me that it's a spring mattress so it will be delivered in straight packing instead of vacuum compressed and rolled. I am also doubtful regarding the quality of spring mattresse if vacuum compressed and rolled.

in Maharashtra cooperative housing society rules, all flats will pay equal maintenance irrespective of their of flat size. Builders selling different size of flats in single society and collecting maintenance as per sft carpet

area offlat i. e, small flat has small maintenance and large flat has higer maintenance. After housing society formation, committee is forcing smaller flat owners to pay equal maintenance i.e, 1 BHK & 3 BHK pay same maintenance. Smaller flat purchaser are not economically
