For a normal person one has to take a platform ticket to reach railway platform. I am waiting at Pune railway for the last two hours and have encountered at least 20 beggar moving around and troubling people.

I booked an olacab, the driver reached for pick up & asked me for extra money which I denied. He told me that he will not go and asked me to vacate car. I cancelled the trip and I was charged Rs. 50by ola. I raised complaint, no action on driver but fine remained

There is no service station in the PCMC area for Ola S1. When we tried to get appointment for service, we are adviced to go to the service station 23km away. This is pathetic. Service part of Ola is really very poor. @OlaElectric

Funny and surprising, I took the ticket from PCMC and tried to catch metro from Sant Tukaram nagar station which is the next station and the access was denied. There is no refund system. I had to take another ticket from that station. @metrorailpune
