My s23 got green line after oneui7 update.I went to Samsung service center and created a job sheet, when I sent an email @SamsungIndia rejected free screen replacement even though its not user induced issue. This is clear violation of consumer rights @consumerforum_ .Pls help me

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve posted this…

But honestly, I can’t see a bright future for Samsung in India anymore.

The green line issue started with the S20 series — And now it’s showing up on the S23 and even S24 models.

This is not a small problem anymore. It’s a pattern.

If OnePlus can offer lifetime free screen replacements, Why can’t Samsung — a much bigger brand — do the same?

People are already switching to other brands. If Samsung doesn’t act fast, it might be too late.
