With Covid cases up to 10,000+ per day in Russia and up by a factor of more than 10 in Georgia since August, why would any player living in China want to risk coming to the 2nd leg of the Candidates tournament? Moving the tournament seems like a sensible suggestion by Wang Hao.

It was back in 2013 when the issue was raised at @FIDE_chess 84th GA in #Tallinn .An issue that was even disappeared from the said minutes & annexes 😅. I hope the new administration will investigate on how published documents have disappeared!
