For example if the father's name is Muhammad Islam and the child's name is Umar, then is the child's full name:

• Umar Islam?
• Umar Ibn Muhammad?

Or something else?

@Assimalhakeem Is it fard for men to pray in the masjid if they live a 5 minute walk away but can't hear the azaan? In the UK the azaan can't be recited with a loudspeaker.
