Chorwacja nic nie musiała robić w związku z Utaszami.
Główne kryteria jakie musieli spełnić było dostosowanie prawa i reforma sądownictwa.

Nie musieli zmieniać nic w prawie odnośnie faszyzmu, bo od 1990 mają w niej zapisane, że są krajem antyfaszystowskim. Ukraina ma odpowiednie prawo, które to reguluje.

Drugim warunkiem było uchwalenie prawa o ochronie mniejszości w kraju, to Ukraina również spełnia i ma takie prawo u siebie.

Trzecim było rozliczenie się z zbrodni Z LAT 90 a nie tych z 2 wojny światowej. Czyli tych zbrodni, które wydarzyły się kilka lat dosłownie przed tym jak złożyli wniosek o swoją akcesje do UE.
Nikt Ukrainy nie będzie rozliczał z tego co było 100 lat temu zwłaszcza biorąc pod uwagę fakt, że oficjalnie 2 razy przeprosili Polaków i pozwalaja na ekshumację i proponują dialog dla historyków i dostęp do archiw. Nie mówiąc już o fakcie, że Bandere i OUN alianci nawet nie sądzili w Norymbergii, a wszelkie próby posądzenia ich przez rosjan były odrzucane.

Jakby tego było mało, Chorwacja dopiero w 2016 oficjalnie za sprawą parlamentu przegłosowała potępienie Utaszy. 3 lata po tym jak dołączyli do UE. Czy to oznacza, że Chorwaci potrafią podróżować w czasie? xD

Kolejna sprawa, głosowanie o potępieniu Ukrainy dopiero będzie za tydzień i nie ma będzie to miało żadnego wpływu na decyzje UE w sprawie akcesji Ukrainy do wspólnoty.

To, że komuś się wydaje że Ukraina nie ma prawa dołączyć do UE tylko i wyłącznie dlatego, bo prezydent zgodził się żeby zołnierze wybrali sobie nazwę jednostki, jest totalnie odpierdolony od rzeczywistości.
Emocje swoje, a rzeczywistość swoje i znowu się husarze zesrają, bo nie będzie tak jak chcieli.

A tak besides, to Polska jeszcze niedawno miała mieć odebrane prawo głosu na mocy artykułu 7 traktatu lisbońskiego, ponieważ pisowski pierdolnik naruszył integralność sądownictwa i trójpodział władzy.
I chyba Polska nadal płaci kary za to. xD

I find the behavior of many Polish politicians and commentators over the past weeks intellectually dishonest and, frankly, disgusting.

The decision by President Nawrocki to revoke the Order of the White Eagle from President Zelensky was disgraceful. That award was presented not merely to one man, but as a symbol of respect for the Ukrainian people and the Ukrainian army.

Since then, hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians have been wounded, and tens of thousands have died defending not only their own country, but the entire eastern flank of Europe, including Poland itself. Yes, Poland has supported Ukraine, and Ukrainians are grateful for that support. But let’s not pretend there is symmetry here. Polish aid, important as it has been, does not come even close to the sacrifices Ukrainians have made in blood.

Second, Ukraine is a sovereign nation. Ukrainians have the right to honor those whom they consider their heroes. Poland honors Armia Krajowa and other formations who massacred thousands of Ukrainian women and children. Ukraine does not demand that Poland rewrite its own history or renounce those figures. Historical memory belongs to nations themselves, not to foreign presidents.

Third, Ukrainians also have historical grievances. Western Ukraine spent decades under Polish rule. According to research conducted by scholars at the Ukrainian Catholic University, at least 30,000 Ukrainians were killed in interethnic violence involving Polish forces and formations. We can debate numbers, contexts, and responsibility. But historical pain is not monopolized by one side.

Finally, I would recommend that those Poles who are obsessed with judging Ukraine first reflect on their own history. Jan Grabowski, a Canadian historian of Polish descent, has documented how postwar Poland built institutions and policies aimed at defending a particular narrative of Polish innocence during the Holocaust and suppressing uncomfortable questions about the role some Polish citizens played.

No nation has a spotless history.

Not Ukraine.

Not Poland.

The difference is that today Ukrainians are dying by the thousands defending their country and the security of Europe. Turning historical disputes into political weapons at this moment is a disgusting move by Poland.

It is an act of ingratitude and shortsightedness.

During the Third Reich, about 800,000 of 80 million Germans were arrested for dissent and opposing war.

In Putin’s Russia, about 20,000 Russians out of 145 million have been arrested for dissent and protesting the war.

800 thousand and 20 thousand. Remember these two figures next time anyone, including the Russian liberal opposition, tells you “ordinary Russians are not guilty.”

Russians are either more brainwashed than Germans in the Third Reich, more cowardly, or more pro-aggression — or all of the above.

This is a complete moral disaster: a nation to the east of Europe is filled with aggression, hatred toward other ethnicities, and readiness to commit the most horrific crimes.

Russians are perpetrators, accomplices, or enablers of atrocities, including the murder of civilians and children, rape, and other war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide.

Russia as a state and Russian criminals at all levels must be held accountable. Justice must be served.

This week, the world will mark 80 years since the start of the International Military Tribunal in Nuremberg. As we approach this important date, it is critical to uphold the same high ideals of justice.

I thank those of our partners who already play an active role in accountability efforts and call for the broadest international support for holding Russia and Russians accountable.

We have a number of instruments: from national jurisdictions to the ICC dealing with perpetrators of atrocities, the Special Tribunal for the Crime of Aggression Against Ukraine, dealing with Russia’s political and military leadership, and all steps that make ordinary Russians feel the consequences of their choices.

Only when justice for Russian atrocities and grave crimes against peace and humanity is served can we restore Europe’s moral foundation and ensure that such horrors are never repeated again.

Але зараз я змушений звернутися, оскільки вчора мене перевезли з тюремної лікарні, де я лікувався від тяжкого отруєння, назад до в’язниці — до того персоналу, який мене й отруїв. Моє отруєння у березні 2022 року сталося невдовзі після початку повномасштабної війни. Факт отруєння встановили американські та німецькі лабораторії. Розправи наді мною від самого початку вимагав Путін, а Медведєв і Лавров не раз вихвалялися моїм ув’язненням.

Спочатку мене заарештували за абсолютно вигаданою справою, і тодішній прем’єр Грузії прямо заявляв, що ця справа була пов’язана з моєю активністю в Україні. У новій кримінальній справі, яку нещодавно порушили проти мене, мене разом з іншими звинувачують у саботажі на користь іноземної ворожої держави. В матеріалах цієї справи містяться ваші заяви, а також заяви Михайла Подоляка. Тобто незаконна грузинська влада прямо оголошує Україну ворожою іноземною державою. І це не дивно, адже від самого початку цієї великої війни російський олігарх Іванішвілі та його прислужники відкрито стали на бік росії.

У цьому контексті абсолютно очевидно, що мої переслідування і моя доля пов’язані з війною. Я — громадянин України і голова Виконавчого комітету Національної Ради Реформ, де мав честь працювати під вашим керівництвом. Я хочу попросити вас, так само як у 2019 році, коли ви повернули мені незаконно відібране громадянство, включіть мене, будь ласка, як колишнього голову Одеської ОДА, як голову Виконавчого комітету Національної Ради Реформ, якого незаконно утримує проросійський режим Грузії, до списку цивільних полонених цієї війни з відповідними юридичними наслідками.

Я знаю, що українці своїх не полишають, і розраховую на вас.
