The urgency of climate action necessitates effective strategies and a clear understanding of outcomes along the impact pathway. Shakti launched a capacity-building initiative for CSOs focused on climate action.

We just concluded our workshop series, which launched in April and welcomed 35 organizations across India. These organizations are at the forefront of sustainability and climate action, addressing key sectors like electric mobility, climate policy, clean power, and zero-emissions agriculture.

The series culminated on July 19th, marking a significant step in empowering these organizations. Our workshops were designed to enhance their abilities to build effective project strategies and establish robust Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) systems. Emphasizing a results-based methodology, we focused on capturing and utilizing evidence and incorporating learnings from past projects to refine future strategies.

The energy and enthusiasm at the workshop were truly inspiring! Participants were keen to share insights, forge actionable strategies, and build MEL systems within their organizations for greater impact.

Together, we are paving the way for a more sustainable future.
