So Finally I've added the project section on dashboard itself,

It has recent and rendered projects section from where user can still have functionality to go and edit the video

Remaining part is to generate the Thumbnail for video

What I'm thinking for this :
( this whole process will run in async flow in my worker not blocking api req )

Video uploads to R2-->downloads a temp file on server-->take a ss using ffmpeg around 2-3sec-->upload back to r2-->store url/key in db-->FE will get this URL

I'm in doubt

I've cursor and claude, both with 20$ subscription but still I'm choosing to build my startup completely by myself and not with prompting and vibe coding. I'm still taking some help whereever I'm getting stuck but not making AI write code for me.

This is making me ship slow but my main goal behind this that I'm a full time SDE and I want to learn as much I can through this so I know what can go wrong next time when I'll build something and also I genuinely enjoy coding.

What are your views on this?
