@WFAFOOTBALL14 Arsenal won't make top 6 with the attack they have now and given the spending of other clubs and the class of their respective managers.
@TheArsenalMind Why don't people understand that we need a technically gifted striker so badly. Maybe Alvarez won't hit the numbers Gyokeres did but everyone else around the attack will get alot more goals to compensate.
@BouafifNour Well it's that and also the fact that objectively he is unbelievably still actually the best player in the world. Nowhere near what he was, but still better than everyone else. Just goes to show how big the gap was at his peak.
@AFTVMedia Adding Alvarez, Rogers and Guimares to the current squad would elevate Arsenal enough to maintain a slight gap between them and the hunting pack. I don't think you guys are ready for now good United, Liverpool and especially Spurs are going to be this season.
@Dezildezzzz I think it's a fitness issue. Like boxers who have too much muscle mass and cannot fight beyond the 6th round. Eze is an explosive player who has to pace himself. Maybe he is a moments player.
@GroggyGunner@Lehlogonoloser9 What's worse is they have the gall to leave a comment. It's like saying why do we need Alvarez? We have Raya. Honestly just ridiculous.
@demetrimitche11 Fantastic stats and whilst a bit diminished due to playing in a second rate league still shouldn't be sniffed at. Unfortunately they will only now deteriorate because his foremost quality is physical attributes like speed. At most he has 2 or 3 years left hitting these numbers.
@Otinization Rogers out on left. Odegaard has to play and with Guimares closer to a Partey type controller from deep, Odegaard can focus on being more forward thinking.
@talkSPORT The midfield can be made to look better by the quality of the forwards or defenders. For example PSG midfield amazing when you have 3 world class forwards with pace opening up spaces for them but not so good when Ronaldo is up front. So ultimately you just cannot judge accurately
@KylePagan_ It will take ages. The US are great at producing "athletes". Unfortunately "skill" is the most important attribute in football. Although for football lovers, it's not unfortunate, it's exactly how it should be.
@UTDTrey If Messi had no goals for his entire twenty years and no world cup and a few less champions leagues and a few less ballon dors. HE WOULD STILL BE BETTER THAN RONALDO as a footballer. THAT'S THE POINT.
@WelBeast Stats are important but always prioritise buying the player and his abilities. Alvarez is a massive massive upgrade. I don't want Gyokeres gone but big teams sometimes need to be ruthless when there is a market opportunity.
@oxfjackm I think you are right but whilst we can all argue over players in defence and midfield (and we can just about argue) - the quality gap in the front positions is a chasm. So the net result in terms of overall team quality is massive. France are just much better.
@LfcNaokii Ronaldo in his prime was a fantastic dribbler. I would put him in the top 50 dribblers of all time. You can make clips like this and far better for about 49 other players.
@declanstar1 Hincapie is a beast. But if we want to go back to playing top level football then Calafiori has to start. Our aim should be to dominate every team we play.
@FabrizioRomano It's most probably Haaland and the reason he has said it is not a PL team is because City won't be one next season if the authorities do their job. Maybe he knows something?
