@CoxHelp This is exactly what I’m talking about. I’ll experience intermittent outages and when they clear I try to call but get told there’s still an outage & nobody can help. I can NEVER get help cuz there’s always an outage or fake outage & I get generic replies like this.

@CoxHelp I’ve had daily intermittent service outages for the last 3 months w/no explanation. I call they can’t help me because there’s a “current outage” I’ve tried updating speed equip. Customer Service still gives the run-around. I WFH & this is beyond unacceptable. #FCC #SCC
