As it clocked 6:45pm, the day winds down in Mombasa, the ocean breeze, swaying palms, and quiet reflections remind us that meaningful work is best accompanied by moments of calm and gratitude.
Alhamdulillahi for having a productive day!
Last night, the Kiswah, the beautifully embroidered black cloth that covers the Holy Kaaba, was replaced in keeping with the longstanding tradition. The Kiswah is traditionally replaced on the eve of the Islamic New Year, marking the beginning of a new Hijri year with a profound symbol of renewal and devotion.
Our heartfelt condolences to our respected elder, Alhaji Gambo Magaji (Magajin Garin Dukku), and his entire family over the passing of his daughter, Hajiya Ruqayya.
We pray to Allah to admit her into Jannatul Firdaus together with our departed parents and loved ones.
ALLAHU AKBAR 🙌
This is the President of an African country sleeping on the floor like every other person performing the Hajj pilgrimage, without showing any difference, power, or special status.
Islam is beautiful😍 🤍👏🌹🙏🙏
