@elonmusk Purchased the auto insurance, got an accident hitting by the car behind who took full responsibility. Has not received the deductible $1000 for repair and any response from Tesla insurance til today. The customer service told me I have to wait for years!
The tracking # says 1st pkg arrived at nrewark store but the store said they didn’t see it. The 2nd pkg got stuck in transit and has no update since April 12! Called customer service and they told me to go to the store to cancel the order and place a new order. Very frustrating!
@HomeDepot I placed an order via https://t.co/TUD12DntEy on April 8 and still can’t get my order on April 25! More frustrating is I can’t even know where is my order and when I am able to receive it.
The driver’s door of the Tesla Y can’t be opened for no reason, neither the back trunk door. The worst thing is it can’t be started after I get in from passenger door! No response whatsoever you tries. Imagine I am in national parks without signal reception! @elonmusk
@Lowes I paid in full for the fence installation in the beginning of July to Lowe’s and signed the contract which Lowe’s states the installation will be completed by the end of August. But till now I am told they can’t even give me the arrival date of the products!
Chat online with the customer service of @TMobile, talked over the phone, went to the store, waited more than 2 months still not got resolved for the service charge I have never used!

All the service experts expressed they totally understood the situation and will get it fixed soon. But the problem is still there so far! Can’t believe how the customer service work out the claim from its customers!@TMobile
I planned to port in my service to Tmobile and placed an order of new iPhone from @TMobile in January but found it was not what I wanted. I returned it and got the refund for the device. Unfortunately @TMobile charged me on Feb 18 and Mar 18 for the service I have never activated
