@PrincipalKafele @EdTechJeff I agree. Bur just like students, teachers have different learning styles thus plan and organize differently. Ask them for copies of their planning but without a format. We all plan our own way, with a format, it’s double the work usually on unpaid time.

@teachbk I want parents to check their kids’ backpacks before dropping them off at school. Check for a pencil, a charged device and anything else they shouldn’t be bringing to school. Teachers ask for minimal school supplies, it gets expensive depending on where and what kind you buy.

@EckertKathleen Trust your Teachers, they are educated professionals. Walkthroughs should be friendly and not used to “catch” teachers. My classroom was safe, engaging, learning focused, students loved my class yet, I was placed under so much stress by an admin that I got a brain aneurysm.
