@DHLMex Even when the sender verified that they had my RFC, you still refused to deliver. The problem isn’t the sender. The problem is DHL’s lack of customer service and refusal to find a solution as opposed to empty apologies and blaming the shipper. Don’t use DHL if you want delivery.

I found a person in the USA coming to Mexico to bring it. @UPS has superior tracking & a delivery picture. FedEx also delivers. @DHLMex @DHLUS @DHLGlobal is a total failure. I
don’t recommend using DHL or companies that ship DHL, they don’t deliver & have no customer service.

DO NOT USE @DHL for shipping because they do not deliver packages. They have no customer service. They say they will contact you and never do. They don’t tell you how to contact them. When you do contact DHL they do nothing. @DHLMex @DHLGlobal @DHLUS

@DHLMex I monitored my shipments in real time as DHL ignored all my customer service requests to get my RFC to the correct location. Then I watched in real time how my innumerable attempts were ignored and 5 packages were returned since September. Contacting the sender doesn’t help.

I have an RFC. You just refuse to take it no matter how it’s sent. You reject it from the shipper and reject it from me. And DHL refuses to tell me how to resolve this still. You people are ridiculous. Do not ship DHL. You will never get a package.

I sent DHL my RFC and CURP through customer service at least 4 times. The first time I sent it before the package was in Mexico. So, you have a major problem with your customer service. It’s more than an “inconvenience.” This has happened 5 times since September.

Another company who’s package DHL returned just confirmed it did have my RFC on it.

They don’t know why you refuse to deliver.

This has happened 5 x since September with no customer service. I’ve called, emailed, gone to a local DHL, chat, WhatsApp, nothing works with DHL.
