@shouldveknown11 Customer ph service awful even for platinum members. Booking changes impossible in their system, power has been taken from their good staff to help. Wifi terrible -just use starlink. Some of the staff are fighting to keep service up - but MBAs have destroyed it (and staff morale)

Air NZ is such an embarrassment. Their flight attendants used to look polished & they used to have standards. Very much the opposite now. Remember this is often tourists first impression of New Zealand.
