@one4allireland poor service from you. As a retailer we are trying since 4/12/21 to resolve an issue with a gift card. No one in customer care has a clue. Very frustrating.
Have spoke to 5 people since 04/12/21 . Every person had a different explanation. Was promised it would be resolved by lunch time today. Itโs 14:37 & itโs still no resolved.

@bookingcom BUT it still isnโt answering my question. This is not acceptable. I want my money back. A refund takes 24/48 hours at a MAXIMUM. I process payments and refunds worldwide daily. Surely someone can REFUND me MY money today.
@bookingcom I was advised by your colleague today. My refund will take 30 days. This is not acceptable. You advised me on 21.09.2021 that my refund was on its way to my account. 4 weeks later NO REFUND ! Please explain why I have been falsely informed ?
