@eir After literally about 12 calls, constant online chats, popping into our local Eir store today and after being promised a call back to fix all when the phone ships, it shipped a week ago today and still nothing - it’s beyond frustrating - impossible to recommend this process

@eir Can you try to get James in the Loyalty dept to call me first thing tomorrow morning, as promised to do so over a week ago 🙄...Added a mobile plan to our current bundle three weeks ago and they have made a mess of everything, it’s a shambles - we are being charged

@eir First off we were put on the wrong plan, then sold a phone that wasn’t in stock, then we paid €100 deposit that was supposed to sit for 7 months (instead they put it into our acc so our DD never happened in month), charged twice for broadband installation -adding a phone!
