@CityPowerJhb I have not been able to load prepaid electricity, via either my banks(states cannot verify my meter number) nor via buying an Eezipower voucher(states my meter number is wrong) I need a update ASAP as I am on very low credits and my power is about to switch off.

@CityPowerJhb I had a prepaid meter installed yesterday,you loaded 10 units on it and then state the meter will take two days to be activated! Credit has run out and I cannot recharge. One would think that there would be enough units loaded to run a avg household till activation.

@Vodacom111 , did a upgrade Saturday, still no phone, called call centre twice, supposedly escalating to get resolved, still no positive comms, dropped pvt msg to VodacomSupport on X, no feedback.
How do I go about cancelling the upgrade, will move to another service provider.

Steer clear of accepting service plans from The Engine Room, was sold a service plan after buying a 2nd hand car and Motorite now refuses to honor the service contract, sales person at the EngineRoom had all details before offering contract
