I’m not a big bus user but am amazed that a return ticket for one bus aren’t valid for the same return route.
Apparently there are two rival companies in Bath.

@ShaneMcC We had two bus companies through our village to Bath on the same route. One tried to run five minutes before the other to try & poach custom from the other. So rather than a sensible half hourly service, we got a competitive hourly service. With non-compatible tickets. It’s nuts.
