True story: Big Hand, the last Toltec king of Tula, wanted a woman with a huge ass, so he asked a rival tribe to bring him four candidates who all had asses that were four hands wide.

When he measured the women with his big hands, none of them quite measured up and he rejected all four. The rival tribe was insulted, which sparked a civil war and led to the downfall of Big Hand, who fled to a cave near Mexico City and killed himself, thus ending the mighty Toltec empire, which eventually made way for the rise of the Aztecs.

@MicieliA_MD There’s a lot of extrapolation involved, but I think the literature altogether regarding both VTE and stroke, apixaban is clearly superior. The pharmacokinetics of dosing support it, but in nearly all studies, retrospective or observational notwithstanding, xarelto is inferior.
