No phone since moved to County Broadband, suspended the phone line (not the broadband) with no reasons. Have raised a ticket but no response (#839622). @CBLsupport /@CountyBroadband if your offering a service the support it (And you phone line no one answers!)

@CHBernasconiC Try not to rely on weight but measurements, for a man simply take the measurement around your waist 3 times a week. Take the average then compare to the next week. If this is going down slightly each week and weight is staying the same or going up then perfect world :)

@TimothyBramlett I would agree to start off with when creating MVP & use services such as above, Azure/AWS or like Firebase.
Once product has been proven then as team grow then gradually remove if it makes sense commercially including cost to maintain own code vs building additional functionality
