Turns out that after my rebuttal and additional emails stating my case and position (and posting about the issue) @Activision lifted my ban. They removed the persons detail that hacked my account. For now, I’m back in and I’m happpy. Glad to be playing @CallofDuty again.

So, apparently you can have your COD game hacked and after spending hundreds of dollars with @activision on the @CallofDuty game you can be PERMANENTLY BANNED with no due process.
