A month ago I was asked to present at a center's orientation for parents and students. I had three invites on my calendar (all accepted).

Yesterday and today I spent some time updating our internal website for students to include a bunch of information on processes and policies that they should have easy access too. Gone are the days of "just email housing" with the question to this thing we do EVERY YEAR/semester!
