@KathyHochul was counting on no one in New York discovering she’s using an MSG soil classification system instead of the USDA system to hand our best farmland to foreign corporations.
Now she has 30 days to answer for what they’ve done in the name of “green energy.”
Thank you @SecRollins, @epaleezeldin, and @johnrich for taking action and sending this letter to one of the most corrupt governors in America.
Kathy’s got some explaining to do!

Brute attack on Harlem bus
────────────
An elderly man was beaten and stabbed on board an MTA bus when he confronted a bully for pushing past a pregnant passenger.
Robert Hunter, 73, was on his way back from grocery shopping in Harlem around 6:30 p.m. June 5 when he said four "brutes" attacked him as the bus reached Broadway and West 92nd Street on the Upper West Side – all because he defended the woman.
“It was a pregnant girl on the bus, she… had a baby carriage, and she didn’t want to sit down,” Hunter told The Post by phone Thursday. “She’s letting everybody else sit down. So a guy got on the bus and pushed by her, squeezing by, hitting the lady’s stomach, you know?”
“So all I said was, ‘You know the lady’s pregnant, show her some respect,’” Hunter recalled.
But the intervention only made Hunter the new target of the pusher and his three buddies on board the M104, he said.
“Mind your f–king business,” the "brutes" told him, according to law enforcement sources.
The NYPD released photos late Wednesday of two backpack-wearing "brutes" wanted in connection with the attack.
Anyone with information on the assault is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).

730 dogs missing from Miranda’s Rescue.
Why does it feel like every week there’s another story of dogs being failed in California?
Now the FBI has joined an excavation at Miranda’s Rescue as reports indicate at least 730 animals are unaccounted for.
Seven hundred thirty dogs. Why did so many have to go missing before California authorities got involved??
These are innocent dogs that relied on people for food, safety, and a chance at a better life.
It’s hard not to think about the fear, confusion, and suffering some of these animals may have experienced. They deserved kindness. They deserved protection. And to think that a so called “Rescue” was behind this? WTF
These dogs deserved to live. Now they deserve justice. I won’t even say what Miranda deserves. You know.

A convicted serial #cat killer in #AtlanticCity could have faced 40+ years. Instead, Judge Donna Taylor approved a sentence that let him walk free almost immediately-a devastating failure of justice.

Keep an eye on what's happening with Alle-Catt Wind in Western, New York right now.
This is the same wind complex that has admitted the turbines will kill 41 eagles in its lifespan.
Since they only conduct carcass searches (if caught) in a small area around each turbine, the eagle death county is much, much higher than that. For every carcass found, Cornell University will earn mitigation money. What a great arrangement for Cornell, huh?
The NY Siting Board yesterday ruled to uphold the 40 dBA nighttime noise standard for the wind complex.
Invenergy, the developer behind Alle-Catt Wind and also behind Horseshoe Solar where they punctured their aquifer this past February, petitioned the New York State Siting Board to remove or waive a specific nighttime noise certificate condition.
Time is money when you're in the business of green energy credits and subsidies.
Since Alle-Catt Wind was permitted BEFORE ORES was created, that's why they are dealing with the NY Siting Board.
This nighttime noise standard, by the way, does NOT exist with ORES wind complex permitting. Are we surprised?
Will Invenergy proceed to build out Alle-Catt Wind without satisfying the nighttime noise requirements, which right now, it has failed to do?
I will be following this closely.
