Story of two Indias

One day, two gruesome murders of migrant workers. Manipuri Chongtham Vikram Singh killed in Delhi by a gang of drunk people and Bengali Abhijit Mondal killed in Chennai also by a gang of drunk people.

Both cases of senseless violence, public disorder & racism.

But while Manipuri man gets full news coverage, noone even knows about Bengali Abhijit Mondal. Why?

यदि यही सब होता रहा, तो समाज को @BJP4India एक आंतरिक जातिगत संघर्ष में झोंक देगी क्योंकि भाजपा के मोदी एक्ट का बवासीर केवल झूठे केस बनाने तक सीमित नहीं रह गया है, अब इस तरह से सरेआम गुंडागर्दी होगी और सवर्ण पिटते रहेंगे।

रात्रि काल में अचानक से कमरे में तापमान अत्यधिक बढ़ता अनुभव हुआ, पीली-पीली आग की लपटें दिख रही थी! हड़बड़ा कर उठा तो पाया कि बाबा साहेब संविधान में आग लगा रहे थे।

मैंने चेक किया तो पाया कि आज तो September 2, 1953 भी नहीं है, फिर बाबा साहेब ऐसा क्यों कर रहे होंगे! फिर अचानक से मैं जग कर बैठ गया। अजीत जी, आप एक ही सपने में दो बार कैसे जग गए?

इन्सेप्शन हो रहा था, सपने में सपना चल रहा था। अब मैं सोच रहा हूँ कि जिस बाबा साहेब को एक ब्राह्मण ने अपना उपनाम दिया, एक राजपूत ने पढ़ाया, और एक देश ने अपनाया, देश का भविष्य लिखने के लिए बी एन राव, राजेंद्र प्रसाद के समकक्ष उन्हें संविधान समिति में, बिना उनकी जाति देखे बिठाया, वो भला संविधान में आग क्यों लगाएँगे?

फिर मैंने देखा कि 40 दिन बाद यहाँ दलित को याद आता है कि उसे जातिसूचक गाली दी गई थी, एक भीड़ पुलिस स्टेशन को घेर कर धाराएँ जुड़वा देती है ताकि राहुल गांधी वहाँ आकर क्रेडिट ना ले ले, और फिर एक 14 वर्ष की बच्ची को स्कूल भेजने की जगह किसी गुंडे की राजनीति को आगे बढ़ाने का हथियार बनाया जाता है। ऐसे में यदि बाबा साहेब आज होते तो संविधान में तो आग लगा ही देते।

सुप्रीम कोर्ट का मानना है कि किसी SC/ST को सार्वजनिक तौर पर भी माँ-बहन-भाई-बाप की गाली दी जाए, तो वह जातिसूचक गाली नहीं होगी और उस पर कोई केस नहीं बनेगा। वह केवल गाली कही जाएगी जो कोई उस स्तर का अपराध नहीं है कि आपको जेल हो जाए।

यदि कोई सांसद महिलाओं को ‘रंडी’, ‘सेकस करती है’, ‘जिस्म बेचती है’ लिखे, या किसी बलात्कारी मानसिकता वाले IAS को अपने भाषणों में प्रमोट करे, तो वह कानून का एक मैक्सिम ‘वन हू सीक्स इक्विटी, मस्ट कम विद क्लीन हैंड्स’ के विरोध में दिखता है। वह किसी अन्य पर गाली देने का आरोप नहीं लगा सकता।

इसलिए मैं जो भी बोलता हूँ, वह विधि की वृत्त में ही रह कर बोलता हूँ। सुप्रीम कोर्ट की बात संलग्न है।
