In a lawsuit brought by Loevy + Loevy on behalf of Chicago Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights, the court has ruled that Chicago's Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Committee violated the law by failing to provide proper notices of meetings, agendas, and public access to meetings.
