Saying “no” is one of the hardest but most necessary things you can do.
Each time you say “yes” to what you want now, you’re saying “no” to what you really want.
Your productivity is influenced by your:
• Energy
• Focus
• Time
Plan your day and your deep work blocks around the time your energy and focus are at their highest.
For some, this might be 6am, for others, 10pm.
The hardest part about being a solopreneur is knowing what not to work on.
Your logo doesn't matter.
Your website doesn't matter.
Focus on the value you're providing and who you're providing it to.
You can build your website later.
