@HavenTheHaitian @IwriteOK Listening to this ep 4yrs later & I feel major ick bc the commentary needed the voices of black women. Esp. in pt2…Lee’s BDSM take was trash. BDSM = consent/RACK, this was abuse. There’s a way to avoid legalese w/o inadvertently implying any of this was consensual.

@iconawrites I also think that many public spaces aren’t child/parent supportive; for ex. A lack of (clean) public bathrooms. I also think many of the 3rd places we use have to meet competing needs, often at the expense of appropriateness for children
