Some MBA guy from a consultancy forms like Bain mcensky has given them this brilliant cost saving Idea, including the motorcycle tyre as spare. @MahindraRise@anandmahindra
Respected Mr. Anandji Mahindra,
I recently purchased a brand-new Mahindra EV worth approximately ₹31 lakh. Let me begin by saying that the vehicle itself is fantastic, offering excellent features, comfort, technology, and outstanding value for money.
However, today I had a very disappointing and concerning experience. While changing a punctured tyre and fitting the spare wheel, the wheel spanner supplied with the vehicle broke during normal use. This is a critical safety tool, and its failure at such a moment raises serious concerns about quality and reliability.
What makes this even more surprising is Mahindra's reputation for engineering excellence and its association with some of India's finest alloy steel manufacturing capabilities. Customers naturally expect the same standards in every component supplied with the vehicle.
To verify whether this was an isolated defect, I tried using the wheel spanner supplied with my friend's recently purchased Mahindra diesel vehicle. Unfortunately, that spanner also proved ineffective for the task. Ultimately, a fellow Skoda owner who was present offered his wheel spanner, saying, "Try this, it won't fail." Ironically, the Skoda tool performed the job effortlessly while the OEM tools supplied with two new Mahindra vehicles could not.
Further, the tyre puncture/TPMS warning issue has been repeatedly appearing on my vehicle. This concern was reported during the very first service at Ratnaprabha Motors, but the issue continues to persist.
As a proud Mahindra customer, I am not questioning the quality of the vehicle itself, which is otherwise excellent. My concerns are specifically:
• Poor quality and reliability of the supplied wheel spanner/toolkit.
• Repeated tyre puncture/TPMS warnings despite reporting the issue during service.
• Potential safety implications for customers stranded on highways or remote locations.
I request Mahindra's leadership and customer care team to investigate these issues urgently and take corrective action. A great vehicle deserves equally dependable support equipment and service.
Vehicle details can be shared with the concerned team if required.

I own and drive a dec 2022 manufactured Hyundai Creta SX petrol!
My daily run is 80 KMS, 50,000+ kms done so far, touch wood no engine or mileage issue so far.
Not sure why everyone is so anxious and hyper about ethanol mixing!
Noida / UP almost all the service centre are notorious even for best of the Brand. So many horror stories about using customer vehicles for personal use, duping customers and delivering vehicles without service. Even the Hyundai or Maruti service centers are like that
@robinson2403@TataMotors_Cars@TataMotors Being an NRI at least you should have understood that quality, safety and good engineering comes at a price. Instead of going for value for money bargain you should have gone for hyundai, Kia, Toyota or even European cars. Even now instead of long posts, try to get rid of it.
@AstroCounselKK My life had become hell after buying @MahindraTUV300 thankfully I switched to Hyundai and life is peaceful again. Never ever a @MahindraRise vehicle in my entire generation
@cars24india I haven't been waiting for you, already sold the car with the dealership. I shared my experience with you which I have had multiple times with cars24.
