omg this happened to me too! be sure to follow up! they will claim “transportation” issues but upon pressing i found out there were damages they found not disclosed when purchasing the vehicle 🤯

call the same customer service number talked to an associate who was belligerent, not helpful, refusing to follow up on deatils about a car I have already purchase. How is this supposed to be the experience you provide!

@CarvanaHelp won’t disclose to me what damages were discovered. you use qualitative statements with zero specificity . your team member on the support team actively lied to me about transportation delays! how can i reach someone with answers about my vehicle that’s paid in full
