@Airtel_Presence @htTweets I found the issue, the technician who gave the connection, informed me that he has used the old modem which was already there at site and used by someone else, instead on providing new one. As I have identified the issue can @airtelindia fix the issue.

Bad experience with @airtelindia . On 6-Feb-26, I placed an order for Broadband & DTH service with a promise of getting a connection within 24 hrs I.e; by 7-Feb-26. I haven’t got the connection yet and way past 24 hrs. I even raised the complaint id 21-155547040898. @airtelindia
