@UC_Assist Solution not provided. Today also no show @UC_Assist the customer service told me to book paid installation and they wi refund bt they too dint come. I’m utterly disappointed with your service. No installation for the last 10days. Nobody is giving a proper commitment.Disgraceful

@UC_Assist After it was postponed to 20th May it got rescheduled to today 10am but now the technician number is switched off. He’s yet to visit.. this is the 3rd time it is rescheduled and 3rd time he’s not responding. Utterly disgraceful

Very poor service from @urbancompany_UC booked purifier but delivered late. Installation was supposed to happened 5days back but it was rescheduled for today 10am. That person called me he’ll come today and be present but till now he hasn’t arrived and he’s not answering back.

@TANGEDCO_Offcl Power shutdown in Vanjur katpadi since 1am…. Time is 4.50 now. 4.5hrs of frustration with two small kids. When contacted Vanjur eb, the lady was so irritated when asked when the power will come. Be responsible and self aware so that u can serve better
