Pakistan initially paused a military response.
For which India exploited and attacked Pakistani military installations (yesterday).

Pakistan responded with a relentless attacked.
Which put India on the back foot and begged for a diplomatic off ramp.

Pakistan paused again, to give diplomacy a chance.
India then proceeded to break that pause.

Then the ceasefire came, and now India is breaking it again.
