सोचिए, जब 4 लाख बच्चों ने ऐसे आवेदन डालें हैं तो CBSE कितनी कमाई कर रहा है।

जब scanning फ़ोन से हुई हो, ग़लत मार्किंग तय है। और उसे ठीक करवाने की क़ीमत बच्चा भर रहा है।

गलती CBSE की। सज़ा बच्चे की। कमाई सरकार की।

जब शिक्षा को सेवा नहीं, कारोबार बना दिया जाए तब गलती सुधारी नहीं जाती। बढ़ाई जाती है। और इसकी सबसे बड़ी क़ीमत हमारे बच्चे चुका रहे हैं - अपने समय से, अपने आत्मविश्वास से, और अपने भविष्य से।

About two dozen candidates appearing for the Uttar Pradesh BEd Joint Entrance Examination fell into a sewage drain after a dilapidated concrete slab collapsed outside an examination centre in Kanpur on Sunday morning, police said.

The incident occurred near HN Mishra PG College, where candidates had gathered at a nearby photocopy shop to obtain copies of documents required before entering the examination centre.

🚨Was SP Singla Ever Debarred by RCD?

Vijay Kumar Sinha, who was the RCD Minister at that time, made headlines on 5 March 2025 by announcing that SP Singla Construction Pvt. Ltd. had been debarred and would not be awarded any new tenders until the Agwani Ghat Bridge is completed.

RCD generally publishes a list of blacklisted contractors on its website, whether they are blacklisted by RCD itself or by any other department.

Since Vijay Kumar Sinha held a press conference on 5 March 2025, I checked all orders published on the RCD website from 12-07-2024 to 18-12-2025.

There is not a single order stating that SP Singla Construction Pvt. Ltd. has been blacklisted. It appears that RCD may have failed to upload the relevant letter.

Further, BSRDCL invited bids on 25-06-2025 for the extension of the J.P. Ganga Path Project from Digha–Sherpur–Koilwar Road on Hybrid Annuity Mode, with an estimated cost of ₹5,544.25 crore.

The technical bids were opened on 28-08-2025. There were a total of seven bidders. Interestingly, PNC Infratech Pvt. Ltd., in a joint venture with SPS Construction India Pvt. Ltd., also bid for the project. However, their bids were declared non-responsive due to the following reasons:

History of collapse was provided
Similar work criteria were not fulfilled
Technical capacity requirements were not met
Soil stabilisation clause was not fulfilled

The bids were not rejected on the grounds of the company being blacklisted.

Another example is the project for the construction of a connectivity road to Janeshwar Mishra Setu across the River Ganga, from NH-84 at (Buxar, Bihar) to NH-19 (Ballia, Uttar Pradesh).

The project was floated by BRPNNL on EPC mode on 25-07-2025, at an estimated cost of ₹288.46 crore.

There were a total of five bidders, including SP Singla Construction Pvt. Ltd. In this case as well, the company was not rejected during technical evaluation and was allowed to participate in the financial bidding stage.

Several major bridge projects over the Ganges in Bihar have been undertaken in recent years by SP Singla. A 6-lane bridge and its approaches as part of the Patna Ring Road (NH-131G), from Sherpur to Dighwara, has an estimated cost of ₹4,994.79 crore, with SP Singla awarded the contract at ₹3,012.27 crore.

A 4-lane bridge parallel to the existing Vikramshila Setu was initially awarded to Larsen & Toubro at ₹838 crore, which was 12.56% below the estimated cost of ₹958.35 crore, but the contract was later canceled by MoRTH, and a fresh tender issued on 24-Feb-2022 was awarded to SP Singla at ₹994.77 crore, 3.8% above the estimated cost.

The 6-lane extradosed cable-stayed bridge across the Ganges, parallel to the Digha-Sonepur Rail-cum-Road Bridge on NH-139W, was estimated at 2,635.89 crore, with SP Singla contracted at ₹2,221.47 crore.

Another new 4-lane bridge parallel to the existing Mahatma Gandhi Setu, including approaches on NH-19 at Patna, had an estimated cost of ₹2,926.42 crore, awarded to SP Singla at 1,794.37 crore.

Additionally, a 4-lane cable-stayed bridge with a footpath between Sultanganj and Aguwani Ghat, connecting NH-31 and NH-80 under the state government, has experienced collapse twice during construction.

कहानी है उत्तर प्रदेश के देवरिया की. दुर्गेश(दूल्हा) यहां के खुखुंदू थाना क्षेत्र के रहने वाले हैं. मजदूरी का काम करते हैं. 30 नवंबर को डुमरिया लाला गांव की रहने वाली शिल्पी प्रसाद से उनकी शादी तय थी. वो अपनी बारात गाड़ियों के काफिले के साथ निकालना चाहते थे. लेकिन आर्थिक तंगी की वजह से उनका ये सपना अधूरा रह जाता.
