@SBICard_Connect Caught red-handed! Nodal Desk rejected my fee waiver claiming campaign was 1–30 Sep & falsely stated I applied in Aug, Their official WhatsApp support just confirmed my application date is 07/09/2026—well within the window! Still silent on ₹1,250 welcome vouchers

[Sharique Hussain  @ShariqueAhmad4]

Hey @SBICard_Connect @Flipkart
Banner explicitly promises: "₹500 ₹0 JOINING FEE"
First statement arrives: Slapped with ₹590 billed.
Raised an email complaint 5 days ago—zero action, zero resolution.

[Sharique Hussain  @ShariqueAhmad4]

@SBICard_Connect Sent detailed emails but zero response or action. Neither has the ₹1,250 voucher link been issued nor is the ₹0 joining fee dispute addressed. Gross deficiency of service. Awaiting urgent resolution! @SBICard_Connect

@SBICard_Connect @RBIsays @RBI @flipkartsupport @Flipkart whereas the promised SLA was within 24 hours via WhatsApp. Kindly resolve both the joining fee waiver and the voucher issuance on priority.

[Sharique Hussain  @ShariqueAhmad4]

@SBICard_Connect Adding to this escalation: The promised ₹1,250 welcome benefits (₹500 Flipkart Gift Card + ₹750 Cleartrip Voucher) have also not been issued! I completed the qualifying Flipkart transaction on 14th Sept,@RBIsays @RBI @flipkartsupport @Flipkart

[Sharique Hussain  @ShariqueAhmad4]

@SBICard_Connect @flipkartsupport I am still waiting for the response from your team.
