@flipkartsupport Just to let everyone know, they reached out in DM, asked for details and then disappeared.
There is no real solution.
All they do is respond to every tweet so it feels like care, but once you move to DM, support vanishes.

Had to install X to post this scam by Goibibo.
I had booked a ticket on @goibibo app just few hours ago and due to unavoidable circumstances I wanted to cancel it today itself. They provide free cancellation if I cancel it before 10pm on the same date of booking.

Went through the whole thread. This is an absolute harassment.
Unfortunately 4 us, @RazorpayCare says that our business is not compliant with their banking partner. Our business category is Travel.
Can u please share an alternate payment gateway that u opted.
