As a proud Registered Nurse Associate who lives in Wales I’ve been forced to work back in England.
Devolution has a lot to answer to when it comes to patient care.

@FortRuthie Loving Wales, however, working in England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 at Ludlow hospital as NA qualifications are not recognised here in Wales. So laid back in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 they are almost horizontal. Lol 😂
