Absolutely disgusting service. Paid for a delivery slot due to childcare and work commitments. We are slot number 15 and you are only at slot 7 an hour after the delivery expiry. Ringing customer services who will not offer the full refund delivery service.

@BritishGas Absolutely dreadful service. Insulting call centre staff who cannot give me an answer to my billing question. Just keep telling me about how much I’m paying. Will be leaving.

@BTCare The account is still open and active. I asked if I could put the account on hold until we moved or pay the account off in instalments and was told no again. No understanding at all from your staff!

@bt_uk Phoned to cancel contract as pregnant and moving back to parents house. £400 contract cancellation fee. No compromise on account, no help whatsoever. Told to “pay £400 or debt collectors will come”.
