The Fire Dept. has received multiple calls from many different areas of Sharon - the smoke is the result of wildfires in Canada and should dissipate in the next couple of hours. SFD will continue to monitor the situation and will investigate additional calls as needed.

NCC: Ambulance task force 4C has been activated for the are of Fire District 14 to assist field medical calls while surrounding departments battle a large brush fire.
